General Information
- Features include an easy-to-clean stainless steel interior; uniform temperature distribution and stability ensured by fan-assisted air circulation; minimal heat loss thanks to a tightly sealing door that fits snugly against the gasket; and an adjustable ventilation damper.
- An optional moisture-exhaust fan, which can be activated as needed, is available for high-humidity applications.
